Hand Feature,Payment is due upon ordering. No order can be dispatched without confirmation from our bank that your payment has been received. Online payment is accepted by Internet Banking, PayPal, Instamojo, Google pay, UPI and the following credit cards: Visa, American Express, Mastercard. An invoice will be emailed showing a breakdown of your purchases.
All sales are final. We cannot accept returns/replacement/refund on custom products (such as special orders or personalized items) However, if there is a malfunction or failure that occurs, we will offer a complete refund or exchange upon return receipt and complete product inspection. You will receive a 100% full refund on the purchase price, back into the original mode of payment. It can take between 4-12 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your mode of payment, bank, credit card processor, holidays etc.
We cannot accept returns/replacement, nor issue refunds on items that have been used on or have a worn-out look due to improper storage conditions.
All we ask is your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be returned with its original packaging and literature. You will bear the cost of shipping the return to us.
If your package is lost or damaged on its way back to us, trust us when we say that we feel your pain. But unfortunately, we cannot assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation for such packages. All Returns must be shipped to us through a delivery service with tracking information.
We do not offer a general return policy because all items are made to order. Hand Feature reserve the right to approve/reject returned & refund claims after inspection of returned items.
Since leather is an animal product; each hide is slightly different, which ultimately gives it its unique character. As a result of this, we cannot guarantee that every product will look exactly the same, but product and quality will be excellent.
If leather is not available at the time, leather can be suggested that is similar. Availability of leather varies depending on demand and supply. Leathers can sometimes take weeks to be delivered to us.

We shipping all orders FREE of Cost in India and anywhere else.
We offer many different options to our clients, so some orders take longer than others. Here's a table breaking it down, to give you an idea of your order. Hand Feature take no responsibility for lost shipments, although we will do our best to track them down.
Regular orders: Please allow us up to 14 days to carefully handcraft your order for you.
National: Major cities in India: 2-5 business days after shipping - Delivery Tracking.
International: Standard International shipping will take time to deliver 12 to 18 Days and as per Urgent and fast courier will take 5 to 10 days but delivery charge will be extra.
Our shipping partners will make 2 attempts to deliver your package. If they are unable to deliver, the package will be returned to us. Later if you ask for your order to be delivered again you will have to bear the shipping fee to re-ship the order to you.
